• Exotic Auto Rental Association members are serious about business, and show it by meeting the requirements of the association.
• All members meet the following minimum rental standards:
  • All members must have fleet/commercial insurance.
  • A physical facility and inventory, and a minimum of 3 vehicles titled in the agency name.
  • At least two of the following are required for standard membership
    • Business license (as required by the municipality in which the member operates) if none is required, the member shall provide the proper documentation to validate that none is required
    • Sales tax ID #
    • Certificate of occupancy for a physical facility, with display area
    • Corporate Identification, I.E., Sec. Of State Corp formation, etc.
  • Managers review all member applications to make sure the applicant meets the standards of the association.
  • Standards of service are required.
